How these profiles are built

Every profile is a set of expected answers to the same 26 questions everyone in the survey answers — 12 about vocabulary and 14 about pronunciation. That makes accents directly comparable: your answers are scored against each profile, and the closest ones are the accents nearest to your own speech.
